CENTENNIAL

Centennial is a dual-purpose hop that can be used for all hop additions throughout the brewing process.

Centennial hops are very similar to Cascade and are characterized by aromatic notes of pine, citrus, and flowers. They are characterized by round, medium-intensity floral, citrus, and grapefruit flavors and aromas. Other flavors from Centennial hops include pine and mandarin oranges.
